Several Board of Appeals notices including one from Woburn concerning
Mishwn Realty Trust on May 19 at 7:45 in Woburn concerning a 6 Story

Town Meeting Issues
Mitchel has moved for reconsideration of Article 12 when Tip: reconvenes J��� �
He feels that ` 1. no previous indication of opposition was forthcoming E:PI. 6 \

Also to be discussed before town Meeting was the Highland Sch ~ool- Comunity Center
issue. -J-A* has prepared some data regarding the various disposition of the

Value,Zoning and a comparision of income as a house lot, offices, condominiums,
and elderly sousing. These were prepared for the library, the TowriHall, The Com-

Town Accountant. IVhe conclusion wor - that we would be better off renting F1
because of disparity between market value and replacement "value. Board input was
requested. A.letter was drafted to the Selectmen reclpomending pursuit of an
action plan wherein. the town,rent the Highland School as office space. This would
