- How many houses are really eligible to do this?
Are there any areas of town that are specifically qualified/not
qualified in terms of the structure of this by-law?
- Check CDM water study regarding population projections,
water/sewer demand.
Send out survey - representative sample of outward migration

choice; validate the "desire" to have accessory apartments in
town; Package needed on Town's statistics to refine the approach.
