~6 New Business
The purchase of new carriers was recommended to keep the
M07 hot in transit. There is 5420. in this year's budget for
lti1o±1 supplies that we need to spend. In order to buy 2 therm-
carriers we would need about $30. more from other extra money
found in "81" budget. The idea was agreed upon. Further re-
search will be made to see if anything less expensive is
available.
The van may be used for transportation if enrollment exceeds
47 for the Clambake trip June 30.
If the Clambake has to be cancelled the theater trip to
.kismet, August 9th will replace it.
There will be no Boston Gas trip this year.
The Annual trip to Salisbury Beach is planned for Aug. 19th.
If there are enough who enroll we can get a bus for the trip.
A letter will be sent to cancel the Senior Citizen Publishers
Contract for the Senior Update. They require a 90 day notice to
cancel.
Andy volunteered to ask the "Patrons" if they will continue
paying the postage on the Elderberries.
In a desire to market the Senior Center for fall activities,
we would like to circulate an Activities Questionnaire to be
filled out by as many as possible to tally their interests.
These questionnaires will be passed out at the Golden Age Group
and the Senior's cookout.
The Board has agreed to allow the Van Driver Monday and
Thursday afternoon off during the summer.
