and a report on the participants in the Meals on Wheels
program as prepared by Florence Farelli,
The report by the Malden Action investigator listed 2 people
apparently entitled to Meals on Wheels with a twenty-fifth to
be put on a waiting list. As usual the several interested
agencies have conflicting directions of increasing and de-
creasing number and qualifications for the receivers of Meals
on Wheels.

advice from Dr. Guerra who was not present at the meeting.

In regard to whether the Council on Aging should have co-
chairmen or Chaim and Vice-Chairman it was agreed that
the present Chairman and Vice-Chairman roles would continue.
In regard to the Van replacement it was agreed that Mr. lac-

Reading Chronicle on September 219 1978 and Mr. MacDonnell
would provide specification sheet; and bid forms at the
Council on Aging of'f'ice.

tiful oil paintings to show what a. person could do at Art
Classes. The Counncil members thanked her for her displays
encouragement and advice
Former member Eugene Richey provided the "No Smoking" and
"Waiting Room" signs for the office. The Council regrets
that Mr. Richey has conflicts that do not allow him to con-
tinue on the Council.
