There was a discussion of the budget, and on the motion of Fred Emrich the
budget of $26,805 was voted unanimously.
Motion was made to accept the secretaries report. Moved and seconded.
The Treasurer°s Deport was accepted as $14,706. 24.
Ruth Pizzano has been helping the Ceramics teacher. This class is extremely
large, and would like her to continue. Motion was made to make Mrs. Pizzano as assistant,
and to pay her $3.50 an hour. Moved and Seconded.
Mrs. Dodson read a copy of the Selectmen°s letter regarding their decision
on the grievance of Airs. Thelma. Somers.
On the motion of Fred Emrich it was voted the Board go into Executive Session, 8'815.
Mrs. Pelosi left the room. It was reported that on the motion of James Dumas
the Board go out of Executive Session, 8:30. It was reported that during the
Ex-ecutive Session, that the Board approved'the permanent appointment of
.hrs. Patricia Pelosi to the position of Secretary of the Council On aging.
Motion was made by Dr. Vincent Guerra, to give Mrs. Hodson a vote of confidence.
It was voted unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:50 p. m.
