The afar meeting of the Council on aging was held o Monday,

The meeting was call t order by the Chairman, Mrs, at alie C,

The Treasurer brought to the attention o the Board m x --s our new
budget figure of $17,926.7% for ` /d/?4 - 6/30/75, an inc a o $456.76
to cover a raise of 71% approved by the Finance Committee ~ n brat's the

Vim C ha!-man announced that Thursday, August 29, wool be the last

sub-committee of about ten under the Chairmanship of Mrs, Edith
Sias has been calling regularly on shut-ins. This committee makes
special favors for holidays which they personally deliver.
The "Elderberries" (-the Council newsletter) was seat in June and
September to all known elderly in Reading.
Mrany volunteers and organizations have worked with the Council all
through the year to help make the programs a success,
