Th -,Chairman, Fars, Nathalie C; Beaton called the meeting to order at 7:35 Ali the followinfg members forming a quorum, Mr, C. Verna Lantz, Mr, Charles Stratton, Mrs, Elizabeth Louanis, Mr, Donald Farnham, Mrs. Jeanne Dube`, and Dr, Vincent Guerra, Firs. Marian Tyminski was also present. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously; VOTED: To accept the Secretary's report of the previous meeting that had. been mailed to all members. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously: VOTED: To accept the Treasurer's report that there is a balance of $13,240,73 in the account as to date. Upon motion duly made and seconded it was unanimously: VOTED: To pay Mr, Peter Vincent .,an3,9dditional $20,00 for custodial services at the last Annual. Danner, After d`Iscuss 6w,.,; and in view of the paper shortage and. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously: VOTED: To purchase at least 30 x g if possible, more reams of paper for the next edition of the ''Elderberr'..es Mrs, Beaton brought to the attention of the Council the fact that the $900,00 State Grant s still in, P account and not used, This $900®00 is: aboVeithP budget voted at the Town %ieetingb Thex-fore, after discussion and upon motion duly made and seconded, it was: VOTED: To transfer the $366.78 spent on the Health Program from the regular account to the State Grant account except for any amount spent on the exercise :grogram. Any similar amounts will be charged to the,- State Grant ;Account in the future, The salary of the Physical Education teacher will continue to be taken out of the regular account, Upon motion duly made and secondedgit was unanimously; VOTED: That in the absence of Mrs, Nathalie C. Beaton Mrs, C. Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously: VOTED: Pairs. C.Verna Lantz will act as Chairman, pro-tem. in the absence of Mrs. Nathal.ie C. Beaton. Pairs. Beaton reported to the Council that the Kiwanis Men had in- vited her to speak at their meeting and explain our program to them.. The Kiwanis would like to come to Tannerv°ll,e and sponso- a Beano Party for the elderly. This would be a monthl affair and t_~e, would assume all expenses. These parties will begin in February. There being no further business to come before the meeting, and upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unanimously voted to adjourn and the Chairman adjourned the meeting at 9:35 P.M. arriIn G.
