Dear Ms. Anthony,
As requested by the Chair of the Reading School Building Committee, Russ Graham, I
am directed to inform you of a recorded motion put to a vote at Wednesday's School
Building Committee meeting (December 11, 2002). The motion was made by Tim
Twomey and seconded by Paula Perry and reads as follows:
"Move that the School Building Committee request the Board of Selectmen in the
strongest and most urgent terms possible to have a Special Election on February
25th, 2003 on Article 4 of the current draft of the (January 13, 2003) Town Meeting

After discussion, a vote was taken and the results were 9-0-0 in favor of the motion;
hence the motion passed.
