Paul French: G & R are two weeks behind schedule in the excavation due to the ledge. They are considering a panel system for the exterior to help make up some time. Another alternative for making up the time is to work evenings and weekends when the interior is started. They may need to ask for an extension of time. Paul will have a better idea of their schedule needs by the next PSBC meeting on March 1, 1999. Mike DeBrigard: They don't have anyone to change the fire alarm wiring from the old station to the new police station. There may need to be a change order for this. As soon as everything thaws the street sweepers will clean around the construction site. Peter Hechenbleikner: The neighbors around the construction site have been wonderful. They should receive special invitations to the first open house as a special thank you. Meeting Schedule: The Police Station building Committee will meet the first Monday of the month. This will include: March 1, 1999 April 5, 1999 On motion by Edward Marchand seconded by Mike DeBrigard the Police Station Building Committee voted to adjourn their meeting at 7:50 p.m. by a vote of 7-0-0. Respectfully submitted, cordi ecretary
