Schettini, Jr.-Superintendent of Schools L Call to Order School Committee Chair, Ms. Lisa Gibbs called the executive session meeting to order at 1:15 p.m. II. Non-Union Personnel Ms. Webb moved to support the Superintendent's decision to increase Ms. DeLai's salary to the bottom range of the salary for the position of Director of Human Resources and Finance. This increase is to become effective January 1, 2008. Seconded by Mr. Michaud. Motion approved on a roll call vote 6-0. IV. Motion to Adjourn s The Committee voted on a motion by Mr. Michaud, seconded by Mr. Caruso, to move adjourn. The motion was approved on a roll call vote of 6-0. Call to Order School Committee Chair, Ms. Lisa Gibbs called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. III. Award of Contract There was discussion regarding the Field Lighting bids. Mr. Michaud moved to authorize the Superintendent to enter into agreement with the Blais Electrical Corporation of Framingham, MA for the installation of the Sports Lighting at Reading Memorial High School as outlined in the Superintendent's memorandum dated December 11, 2007. Mr. McFadden seconded the motion. The motion carried 6-0. IX. Motion to Adjourn The committee voted on a motion by Mr. Michaud, seconded by Mr. Caruso to adjourn to executive session to discuss a non-union personnel matter, not to return to regular session. 6-0.
