This meeting of the Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) Board of Commissioners June X2005, is not
being broadcast because it is an abbreviated meeting.
Chairman Herlihy called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.
Minutes
February 16
Mr. Soli made a motion seconded by Mr. Hahn to approve the Regular Session Meeting Minutes of February 16,
2005 with the changes presented by Vice Chair Soli.
Motion carried 3:0:0.
March 16
Mr. Soli made a motion seconded by Mr. Hahn to approve the Regular Session Meeting Minutes of March 16, 2005
with the changes presented by Vice Chair Soli.
Motion carried 3:0:0.
April 20
Mr. Soli made a motion seconded by Mr. Hahn to approve the Regular Session Meeting Minutes of April 20, 2005
with the changes presented by Vice Chair Soli.
Motion carried 3:0:0.
Report of the Chairman of the Board
Chairman Herlihy reported to the Board that he spoke with the General Manager relative to the scheduling of future
RMLD Board meetings. The next regularly scheduled RMLD Board meeting will be in two weeks on June 15. The
other possible date would be at the end July only if the Department needed to bring any bids to the Board. The next
RMI.D Board meeting will take place at the end of August after the Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA)
Conference has taken place.
Executive Session (General Manager's Conference Room)
At 7:50 p.m. Mr. Soli made a motion seconded by Mr. Hahn that the Board go into Executive Session, to discuss
strategy with respect to litigation and to return to Regular Session for the sole purpose of adjournment.
Motion to Adjourn
Mr. Herlihy called for a poll of the vote:
Mr. Hahn, Aye; Mr. Soli, Aye; and Mr. Herlihy, Aye.
At 8:05 p.m. Mr. Soli made a motion seconded by Mr. Hahn to adjourn the Regular Session.
Motion carried by show of hands 3:0:0.
A true copy of the RMLD Board of Commissioners minutes as
approved by a majority of the Commission.
