In attendance were Michael Flammia, Chair; Secretary Richard Schubert, and Members Jonathan Barnes and Richard Howard. Also present were Town Planner Jonathan Edwards, Town Engineer Joseph Delaney, and Town Counsel H. Theodore Cohen. The meeting was called to order at 7:58PM. PARSONS LANE BOND - Reduction Request The Commission voted 3:0:1 to approve a motion by Mr. Howard, seconded by Mr. Schubert, to reduce the bond from $8,600 to $1,260, based on engineering's recommendation of September 20, 1997. LEADING ELM FARM - PRD-G Modification The Commission voted 3:0:1 to approve a motion by Mr. Howard, seconded by Mr. Schubert, to approve the new mailing address as "Leaning Elm Drive" and minor regrading at the north side of Unit 10 as minor amendments to the approved PRD-G plans, subject to the concurrence of the Conservation Commission. REPRESENTATIVE TO OPEN SPACE TASK FORCE Mr. Schubert volunteered to represent CPDC and this was accepted. PUBLIC HEARING - New Subdivision Rules and Regulations The proposed new Regulations were reviewed section by section. The Commission made various modifications. The Commission voted 4:0 to approve a motion by Mr. Howard, seconded by Mr. Barnes, to continue the Public Hearing, for purposes of hearing any input regarding the forms or any language in the regulations relating to the forms, to 7:30PM on October 6, 1997. APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES The minutes of the Commission's meeting of September 15, 1997 were accepted.
