The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM.
The following minutes were approved without amendments or editions: July 1,
1999.
Follow-up items were discussed related to the. Walnut Street Project.
APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED PLANS
RSmoved thefollowing.We, the Reading Community Planning and Development Commission, under
the authority of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 81P, having
been requested to endorse the Form A plan entitled "Plan of Land in Readm&
MA"; stamped and signed by Robert Smith (License #14051) of Reading, MA,
dated May 2Z 1998. for property currently addressed at Lucy Dri ve do hereby
vote; to endorse the said plan as no definitive subdivision approval required.
Motion seconded by W. AU in favor.

Minutes for Meeting dated.-August 30,1999
Wmoved the following.
We, the Reading Community Planning and Development Commission, under
the authority aMassachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 81P, having
been requested to endorse the Form A plan entitled "Plan of Land m Reading
MA Property of AlbertMinotti", stamped and signed by Coastal Survey of
Danvers, MA, dated July 23,1999, for property currently addressed at 908 Main
Street do hereby vote; to endorse the said plan as no definitive subdivision
approval required.
Motion seconded by RS. All m favor.
SUNSET ROCK SUBDIVISION
After discussion with the applicant on construction sequencing, timing, drainage
issues, and concerns of the Conservation Commission, lighting/curbing/rail
completion, MFinade thefollowingmotion.
We, the Reading Community Planning and Development Commission, under
the authority of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 81 U, having
been requested by Peter DeGennaro of Presidential Corporation, to release lots
5A and 6A from the covenant as shown on the recorded definitive plan known
as Sunset Rock, do hereby vote; to release the said lots
RS seconded the motion. All in favor.
The Commission tabled discussion on Corey Lane to the October meeting of the
Commission.
MFmoved to enter into executive session at 8.•35PM. Motion seconded by RS.
All in favor.
MFmoved to allow Town Counsel to dismiss the appeal for the Marion Road
Defimti ve Subdi vision decision by Ken wood Development. Seconded by RS.
All in favor.
MFmoved to exit executive session at 8.•40 PM. Second by RS. All in favor.
