CPDC MINUTES
Meeting Dated: May 7, 2001
Members Present: Neil Sullivan, (NS), Chairman, Richard Howard (RH), Secretary;
Jonathan Barnes(JB); Kathryn Greenfield (KG)
Also Present: Joseph Delaney, Town Engineer (JD); Anne Krieg, Town Planner (AK)
The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:45 PM.
STAFF BRIEFING
- The Commission and staff welcomed Kathy Greenfield as a new Commissioner.
AK discussed the following items with the Commission:
~c Issues with demo-rebuild projects
x South Main Street re-districting - upper portion as top priority
x Rules and Regulations needs to be re-drafted consistent with new language in
Zoning By-Law
X Landfill permitting schedule
x Commission summer vacation schedule

Minutes for Meeting dated: May 7, 2001
ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
COREY LANE
RH moved to postpone the request for bond release to 5.14.01 in order for staff to
conduct a site inspection and provide a bond reduction amount. Motion
seconded by KG. All in favor.
FANTA DRIVE APPLICATION TO ZBA FOR VARIANCE RELIEF FROM
FRONTAGE
AK updated the Commission on the pending application before the ZBA.
Commission members did not endorse a letter to be forwarded to the ZBA
supporting the application due to the precedent-setting policy such action might
be set.
Motion to adjourn at 9:00 PM, made by RH, seconded by KG. All in favor.
These minutes were prepared by Anne Krieg, Town Planner, and submitted to the CPDC
on August 17, 2001.
Minutes were approved by the CPDC on August 20, 2001.
