Preliminary Plans: same as Burlington ($150 plus $10 per lot, $50 resubmission fee) Definitive Plans: filing and inspection same as Burlington ($500 plus $30 per lot if no preliminary plan had been filed; or $350 plus $20 per lot if a preliminary plan had been filed; in addition: $250 for amended plans,, $100 for resubmission for each incomplete application; plus inspection fee equal to 1% of the estimated con- s,truction cost of the improvements, not including in- flation between the original estimate and the start of construction, such fee to be reviewable after one year 1 if no construction has taken place; plus $100 per lot, with $1000 minimum, for street or utility maintenance repairs until street acceptance, with a separate ac- count set up for each subdivision with the unexpended balance, without interest, to be returned to the ap- Plicant. Inspection and Maintenance Repair fees to be collected prior to the issuance of lot releases for building permits, and no final certificates of occupancy to be issued un- til all fees, including those for review consultants, are paid in full.
