The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Old/New Business:
115 Charles Street, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-367, RGB 2002-3
Mr. and Mrs. McCormack were present. The Commission reviewed a revised site plan for a
new shed.
Mr. Finch moved to accept the plan as an insignificant change under the Order of
Conditions. Mr. Maughan seconded. Voted 5-0 in favor.
YMCA, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-304, RGB 1998-16
Mr. Greene moved to release the bond for the project in the full amount of $10,000.00. Msl
Longley seconded. Voted 5-0 in favor.
Reading Memorial High School, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-416, RGB 2003-51
The Commission reviewed recent site inspection reports and was concerned about several
site conditions. Another visit is planned for November 8. A letter will be sent to the
contractor.
Wood End Elementary School, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-341, RGB 2000-38
The Commission reviewed recent site inspection reports and was concerned about lack of
progress with remaining site work. The Commission received word that the School
Department wants to expand the number of parking spaces on the site. A letter will be sent.
Barrows Elementary School, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-414, RGB 2003-49
The Commission reviewed recent site inspection reports and was concerned about erosion
control problems and other matters. The contractor will be called.
105 Arcadia Avenue, Determination of Applicability, RGB 2002-10
The Administrator will inspect the site and discuss present concerns with the owner on
November 4.
248 Main Street, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-296, 1997-35
MassHighway has approved the driveway curb cut. The Community Development and
Planning Commission will review it for approval soon.
Meeting Schedule for 2005
Mr. Finch moved that the Commission meet on the first and third Wednesdays in
January, November, and December, and on the_second _and fourth Wednesdays in -
n February through October, 2005. Ms. Longley seconded. Voted 5-0 in favor.

Meadow Brook Golf Club, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-431, RGB 2004-18
The Commission reviewed a site inspection report. Work had begun without a
demolition or building permit, and the bond had not been posted or the Order recorded.
Work was stopped until these matters were addressed.
80 New Crossing Road, Order of Conditions, DEP 270-285, RGB 1996-9
The Commission reviewed a site inspection report. The existing parking lot could use a
new coat of pavement.
The meeting adjourned.
