Present: Nancy Eaton, Chainnan; Commissioners Doug Greene, Patricia Lloyd, and Will Finch;
Fran Fink, Administrator
Absent: Mark Gillis Vice Chairman; Thad Berry, Vincent Falcione, Commissioners; Leo Kenney
and Harold Hulse, consultants.
7:10 meeting called to order.
Public Hearing, Notice of Intent, Walkers Brook Crossing, DEP 270-352, RGB 2001-14
The Chairman read the procedures, the Commission was introduced, an attendance sheet was
circulated, and witnesses were sworn.
Ms. Fink reported receipt of letter from Bill Roach extending time for comments on MEPA notice
of project change and receipt of Special Permit for PUD issued by CPDC.
Applicant stated that MEPA is not requiring extension of review period. MEPA certificate will be
issued on August 24th.
Commission continued review of draft Order of Conditions. Applicant requested Special Permit be
added to document list.
Ms Eaton went through her memo, applicant responded, and various amendments were made in
draft Order of Conditions.
Discussed bonding condition and Brad Latham passed out draft language. Mr. Latham and Ms.
Fink were asked to review the condition with Town Counsel to produce final language to ensure
that the Applicant is not required to double bond, yet the Commission receives sufficient bonding
for areas not covered by other bonds.
10:20 - Ms Lloyd moved and Mr. Greene seconded to close the public hearing. Voted 4-0-0 in
favor.
Ms Lloyd moved and Mr. Greene seconded to approve and issue the Order of Conditions with the
attachment as amended. Voted 4-0-0 in favor.
Mr. Greene moved and Mr. Finch seconded to approve two one-year Extension Permits to extend
the Order from the original date of issuance to the same date in 2004. Voted 4-0-0 in favor.
The meeting was adjourned.
