CONSERVATION COMMISSION
6 LOWELL STREET
MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 11, 1988
Meeting convened at 7:12 P.M. in Room 16, Town Hall, Reading, MA.
Present: H. V. Hulse, Chairman; J. Nickerson; C. Anthony; M. C.
Proctor; R. Longley; Associate Member F. Robie; and
B. Mackillop, Administrator.

tlassidy-Acorn Lane-The developer was given instructions
to provide hydraulic modelling of the whole watershed
before the construction of Avalon Rd. and post devel-
opment modelling (including the amount of land cur-
rently impervious and developed within the watershed
but beyond the applicant's property), utilizing the
SCS methodology for the 10, 25 and 100 year events
showing no increase in the flood elevations and no in-
crease in the peak rate of runoff.
After much discussion, a motion was made and seconded

Circle-to construct a 14 lot subdivision, one lot which
occurs in the buffer zone. Other buffer zone activ-
ities include grading for lot 13 and a detention basin

for storm water runoff mitigation with an outlet in the
buffer_ zone at 472 West St.
Additional hydraulic information was requested. The
Public Hearing was continued to February 24, 1988 at
8:30 P.M. in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. Voted 5-0-0
Harold V. Hulse leaves meeting. Camille Anthony as-
sumes the Chair.
