Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of 10-09--91

Motion made and seconded to accept the minutes of 10-21-91
as amended. VOTED 5-0-1

o An unsigned letter was received about lack of mai.n.-
tenance (cleanup) on. Conservation Lands by "Friends of
Maillett Committee";
o A memo was issued to Director of Public Works A. V.
Fletcher requesting barricade in front of sewer ease-
ment at end of 'H' Street;
o Descriptions were given of the work and BVW at 74 Old
Farm Road., 1322 Main Street, and Charles Lawn Cemetery.

Richard Savage made a presentation and answered questions,
eg 1) location of 25 foot no-activity zone; 2) location
of stone wall on plan.: about 40 feet in back of house.
The Commission suggested that Mr. Savage apply for a Cer-
tificate of Compliance in case his home is ever put up for
sale or refinanced. Upon request the applicant agreed to
an extension of the meeting to allow for a site visit.
Motion made and seconded to extend the public meeting, 74
Old Farm Load, RGB# 1991-29 to 12-18-91 at 8:40 PM.

Michael_ Leverone made a presentation to the Commission and
answered questions. J. Nickerson asked if the soil is

proposed to be pulled back. D. Nadeau indicated that soil
borings would identify the extent of fill and the natural
grade.
The applicant agreed to an extension of the meeting so the
Commission could obtain soil borings and perform a site in-
spection Saturday, 12-14-91 at 9:30 AM.
Motion made and seconded to extend the public meeting, 1312
Main Street ROB# 1991-30 to 12-18-91 at 9:00 PM.

ministrator discussed and revised the draft. D. Nadeau
will submit a revised craft for final review. The Commis-
sion referred the section on wildlife habitat to Leo Kenney
for his comments.
8:48 J. Biller arrived.
8:59 H. Hulse returned.
D. Nadeau proposed to submit his current list of projects
for Priority rating by the Commission. Top priorities are:
o complete new rules and regulations;
o prepare documents for Lot 35 Azalea Circle court case;
o complete all draft minute:, for adoption;
o prepare annual report.
