No detention area; 1:1 BVW replication adjacent to BVW crossing, plus another replication on other side of "peninsula"; Remove 4,900 s.f. of hardened bike trails; Locate driveway along bike trail and surface with pea stone on ,gavel, except pave BVW crossing + 40 feet and pave garage apron; Runoff changes for 2 25 year storms would increase 0.3 cis and for the 100 year storm would increase 0.5 cfs. The administrator read the Engineering Division's comments into the record. Issues discussed: Work between the roadway and the haybale lines in the BVW would temporarily disturb another portion of the BVW. Mr. Perkins calculated a 01.1 cfs in- crease in runoff during the 100 year storm, which he said was negligible. Art Anderson of 420 Haverhill Street was concerned about illegal. hazardous waste buried on the site, and Steve Roberts of 419 Haverhill Street {,,observed railroad ties left on the site. Sanford Mata.thia of 439 Haverhill Street cited concerns that, the Right-of---Way is to Grey Coach Lane lot owners, who therefore should have been notified of the hearing; flooding could be caused by the incomplete Grey Coach Lane detention basin or the illegal fill doge on-site in the 60's; the Act prohibits keeping in place illegal fill, and may be enforced for three years after each. change of ownership. Testimony: An existing pool house was demolished and rebuilt in same location, double size; The applicant, is prepared to revegetate the 25 foot, Zone of Natural Vegetation, which is now stabilized; The Point of the 44' x 22' structure closest to the wetland did not, have substantial vegetation; The applicant, requested to revise the Notice of Intent to recognize that the pool and patio already existed; John Dick reported that associate Dill Manuell discovered a clear line of chroma change and ancient fill by digging a series of 18" to 24" deep test holes.
