Clifton Proctor 7:16 PM The meeting was called to order. N. Eaton reported that the Open Space & Recreation Plan Task Force was extended by the Board of Selectmen to 5-1-95 to final- ize the Plan. 7:37 RGB Extension Permit - Greenhouse Acres, RGB# 1987-3 Russell Tanzer reported that all retaining wall violations had been corrected, replanting would proceed in the spring as planned, the bulk of paving and other work would be done by June 1995, and the Conservation Restriction was being drafted. Motion made and seconded to grant the request for RGB Extension Permit - Greenhouse Acres, RGB# 1987-3, of one year to April 1, 1996 VOTED 6-0-0 VOTE/sign Order of Conditions - 8 Kurchian Lane DEP# 270-267, RGB# 1995-05 Motion made and seconded to accept and issue the Order of Condi- tions as amended tonight for 8 Kurchian Lane DEP# 270-267, RGB# 1995-05 VOTED 6-0-0 . 8:13 Required Plan Chance - Lot 2 Carriaae Estates II DEP# 270- 236, RGB# 1991-10 Proponent Chris Coleman reviewed the submitted revised plan, and described the proposed structure to be at least 32 feet from the wetland, as opposed to the original 25 feet. He said this was done by acquiring a piece of the abutter's lot on the other side of Lot 2 and moving part of the driveway onto that. He noted that the proposed pool and apron is schematic, but overall lot impervious area will be within the 4,000 sq.ft. maximum, and the pool will naturally drain to the back yard, not to the vernal pool in the wetland. He stated that the proposed retaining wall at the ZNV would be two feet tall and probably stone. Abutters Mike Repetto, 76 Mill Street and Bernie Pierce, 66 Mill Street commented. Motion made and seconded to accept the plan submitted tonight that shows wetland flags CC1 to CC7, with CC4 moving to 4A and CC5 to 5A, with definitions in the site visit report including 4A and 5A VOTED 6-0-0 Motion made and seconded to close the Continued Public Meeting - 51 Mill Street RGB# 1995-03 VOTED 6-0-0 Motion made and seconded to issue a Positive Determination for 51 Mill Street RGB# 1995-03 with the wetland line as accepted in the previous motion VOTED 6-0-0 Partial Cert. of Compliance - Lot 1 Roma Lane DEP# 270-227, RGB# 1990-33 Motion made and seconded to issue a Partial Cert. of Compliance - Lot 1 Roma Lane DEP# 270-227, RGB# 1990-33 VOTED 5-0-1 (H. Hulse abstained) Motion made and seconded to grant permission to be on Conserva- tion Lands for educational purposes at any time, with [prior] notification to the Conservation Administrator, without future requests VOTED 6-0-0 [clarification added] The Commission noted that holders of such a permit shall display it upon request to law enforcement officials, a copy shall be displayed in the windshield of any vehicle parked on Conservation Land for educational purposes after daylight hours. The Ad- ministrator also recommended that permit holders also notify the Police Department to such a visit. 9:25 PM Motion made and seconded to adjourn.
