MOTION made and seconded to accept minutes of February 21, 1996 as amended.

A request by applicant was made to post a bond and sign certificate of occupancy in lieu
of obtaining a Certificate of Compliance due to unfinished landscaping. Past violations
have been satisfied, however, the silt fence should be relocated prior to executing
Certificate of Occupancy.
MOTION made and seconded to set a Bond in an amount of two thousand dollars
($2,000.00) for Percy Avenue, DEP#270-273, RGB#1995-19 and to give authority to
Administrator, Donald Nadeau, to sign Certificate of Occupancy.

reserve fund to cover FY'95 dues for Ipswich River Watershed Association.

MOTION made and seconded to administer a second Violation Notice. If there is no
official response, then a fne will commence two weeks from today's date, (March 21,
1995) for both violations. VOTED: 6-0-0.

DEP #270-280, RGB #1995-34 The Commission considered the species letter from NH
and ESP and the rare species protection requirements in the WPA regulations, and drafted
wording for the Order of Conditions to prohibit any work in the wetland and Buffer Zone
to protect the local population of the species.
MOTION made and seconded to approve and issue the Order of Conditions - "Cory Lane
Estates" DEP #270-280, RGB #1995-34 as amended.
VOTED. 6-0-0.
