1. VOTED TO RELEASE $201,820.90 FROM THE OVERLAY
ACCOUNTS TO THE TOWN.

REF: Appraiser's Report
1. To date, we have received 72 applications for abatement. The deadline for
abatements lapsed on 02/03/2003, though we may receive postmarked applications
showing a mailing date of 02/03/2Q0,
2. The deadline for filing an exemption for FY2003 will lapse on 03/20/2003. We have
received 235 applications for exemption out of the 369 that are anticipated to be filed
for FY2003. A reminder letter to those who filed in FY2002, but not yet filed for
FY2003, will go out next week.
3. I have prepared overlay surplus figures for the BOA to review given Peter
Hechenbleikner's request dated 02/0.4/2003.
4. The form of lists are scheduled to,be mailed out this week for FY2004 personal
property filings.
