APPOINTMENTS NONE. OLD BUSINESS MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING/S - SEPTEMBER 17, 2003. 1. SEPTEMEBER 17, 2003 - APPROVED 2-0. 2. SUPPLEMENT TAX ASSESSMENT ON NEW CONSTRUCTION DISCUSSED. NEW BUSINESS 1. BOARD OF ASSESSORS SUGGEST THAT THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN REJECT THE HOPKINTON LAW THIS YEAR. 2-0. AND THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS WILL NOTE IN THE SPRING THEIR RECOMMENDATION FOR FY'05.
