REF: Appraiser's Report1. As you are aware, the deadline for filing for an exemption is March 17, 2000. To
date, there are 14 individuals that have not filed their applications. Two reminder
letters have gone out to these applicants. The final numbers for FY2000 will be
tallied and the reimbursement form for the state will be completed the week of the

- 2. I have loaded the FY2001 permits into CAMA. There were 454 permits that were
downloaded and another 100 permits that were less than 100% complete from
FY1999. Frank is out inspecting these permits.
3. We have just received the December deeds. Initial ratio studies on 01/01/1999
through 08/31/1999 sales showed an ASR median of 88% with an average sale price
of $273,870. The FY2000 sale price average was 263,311, with an ASR median of
95%. I will now be able to incorporate this last quarter into the analysis for FY2001
value adjustments.
