1. Frank and I have completed 372 permits, we have about 25 left to
inspect by 06/01/94. As a quick check on new growth to date, I have
attached a listing that shows how much value has been generated and
where. This, of course, is just a total to date. It will show
that new subdivisions are contributing $79,991.00 and condominiums
and condo conversions are contributing $88,861.00. Building permits
issued, which are not yet itemized, are contributing $75,081.63.
Total new growth to date is $243933.63. All permits will be col-
lected by the end of the week.
2. Steve Gasperoni has picked u,p the information I had prepared for
him on MacDonald's and Sonny's Touchl.ess. I will call him at the
end of the week to check his progress.
3. Attached, please find a copy of a letter to Peter Hechenbleikner
relative to a vacant piece of.Town owned land on Green Street.

4. We have received notice from the ATB that our cases are scheduled
to be heard 06/28/94. The -appelants, as we where aware, are
MacDonald's and Sonny's Touchless, which Steve Gasperoni is working
on, Iodice, Daniels-Nursing Home, Humpty Dumpty, 346 Main Street,
75 Haven Street and Petrosino. I have gathered and assembled as
much information as I can on Daniels Nursing Home and Humpty Oumpty.
I have tried to contact Mr. Gallo, but he is on vacation until June
1, 1994. I also have a call in to the representative of Daniel's
Nursing Home and Humpty Dumpty.
5. On a parallel note, we have received the FY1993 and 1994 income and
expense information on Lakeview Avenue Apts.
6. I received a call from Mr. Fodera's representation on 05/06/94 about
the denial they received. They may want to meet with the Board
prior to their submission of an appeal at the ATB. With The Boards'
permission, I will schedule them for next meeting.
