1. Income and expense forms were mailed out 07/15/94. To date, w.:.
have only recieved a handful back. I will consolidate the retr_!rns
in a few weeks into spreadsheets by use of the property. This was
what was done last year.
2. They sales verification questionnaire was sent out on 07/18/94. To
date, we have had about twenty respondents. Should you be que t--
i.oned, we only sent out the questionnaire to 1993 sales; using them
to establish a 01/01/94, FY1996 value.

6. 1 have done some preliminary analysis on the 1993 sales, it w0 1.
all be completed by next Board meeting. For openers, though, I
have attached some single family sorts. Overall, we had 284
>ingle family sales, some may still need to be coded. The median
was at a surprising 91%, with a c.o.d. of 8.03. 1 think this
shows us to be clot higher than I initially expected. There ~re
still a few more sorts that I want to put the soles through, loi.,
size within neighborhood, house size within style, quality an'!
condition. If there is anything else you may want to look ni,
it can be included now.
