1. The preliminary values for the single family homes have been
drafted. The values for FY1995 represent a 6% increase in the
land value for neighborhoods 6 and 7 and a 3% increase in the
land value for neighborhood 5; while neighborhood 4 land values
decreased 10%. Only two building adjustments were made. Homes
with less than 1000 square feet of living area were reduced by
5% and raised ranches and splits where increased about 2%. These
values can still be reworked, though these changes appear to have
improved the assessments in the more critical stratifications.
