APPOINTMENTS NONE. OLD BUSINESS 1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING - NOVEMBER 2, 1994. HOLD FOR NEXT MEETING. 2. APPRAISER'S REPORT. ATTACHED. NEW BUSINESS 1. DISCUSS BUDGET. DAVID WILL CALCULATE THE TIME AND PEOPLE NEEDED TO REVALUE THE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL FOR FY1996. THIS WILL INCLUDE ANY OUTSIDE HELP EXPECTED TO BE USED. 2. REQUEST FROM BANKER AND TRADESMAN. VOTED FOR A TRIAL BASIS, PROVIDE BANKER & TRADESMAN WITH INFORMATION FOR THEIR COMP. REPORT. IN RETURN FOR A COPY OF THE REPORT AND SUBSCRIPTION OF BANKER AND TRADESMAN. 2-0-0. The tax rate information that is being submitted to the state will be read/` for the Board's signature t.hl day after Town meeting, 11/16/94.. As it stcil7d now, the r tWi projection of $17.34 appears to be where we will wand up. The bills are scheduled to be mailed out December 16, 1994.. This will 1. give the state more than a month to certify the rate. A always. the mailing will include bills for the February l_t and May ist payments. 2a All of the docketed appeals at the Ai-S have been settled; all FY1993, contentions. The last of which was MacDonald's than withdrew their appeals close to an hour before was to be heard. There are six appeals that. are pending for FY1994: Burger I<..`inng, Reading Savings Bank, Maws i;:nk for Savings. der . t-yhohl and Gallo.
