filed. Due to vacations, etc., none have been reviewed. Julie
and I will review these applications 01/05/93, and will hopefully
be able to review thym on a weekly basis. As you are'aware, the
lait day for filing an application is01/0/93. The previously
used review form has been revised, and will 'be used for these

2. To Me, there have been some 145 applications for exemptions
filed. Thisirppresents appoximate1y 20% of the 750 total that
fi1e annually. As Ydu`khbo, taipayers have ~-t'l March 18, 1993
to file.
3. There has been 21 sales''in'pections/remeasures of the 1992
sales as resuit ' 't�6� mailing done ear December.

4. The cyclical reinspection of Carnati - ' rcle, 36 units to-
tal, has resulted in the entry into 20 uni+s'',� this constitutes a
' 60% entry rate to date.

5. The recollection of the exempts is progressing, with 13 being
completed and 9 still not respolAding to'thaamailing. Given your
suggestion, come 02/01/93, we may want to send a second, more
direct, lettee to the non-respondents.
6. With the Boarct^sapproval, I am p �posing the establishment
' of a Northeast CAMA users group, 'with/ Readin6 being the "host"
community. This would entail a t l gathering f

proximately 14 CAMA communities, where we could meet in the
Selectmen's conference room to learn/share info and ideas on how
to best utilize the system. I would like to stagger the staff on
that day so everyone could participate. The first meeting would
be scheduled early/mid February. '
