Requested from Peter Hechenbleikner• was the excess in the overlay accounts that could be released to balance the FY1993 budget. I have contacted Ron and acertained what is a realistic estimate of exposure and deducted it from what Richard Foley is submitting as the overlay balances. See attached sheet. A vote will be needed on the amount that can be released. 3. There have been a total of 464 exemption applications filed for FY1993. The total exempted is $128,233.25. The deadline for filing lapsed on 03/18/93. Another mailing was sent as a reminder to file to some 50 FY1992 exemption.recipients on 04/05/93. It is necessary to issue an additional abatement to 44 taxpayers that were granted an abatement due to a miscalculation on the vax when computing and printing the abatement certificates.
