1. All exemtions for FY1993 have been filed with The Department of
Revenue 04/27/93. With this submission, the town will be
reimbursed the portion of the exemptions that the state is liable
for as soon as it is processed.
2. Inspection of FY1994 permits started 04/12/93. There are
approximately 500 permits that will be viewed for FY1994, this is
a composite of new permits for 1992 a.nd those that' remained
incomplete as of June 30, 1992. For the 1992 permits, we are in
the process of creating a building permit file in CAMA for
easy access of the information and an aid in calculating/verifying
new growth. To date, there have been approximately 288 permits
completed, inclusive of 40 new houses for FY1994 and 64 houses
picked up as 1005 complete for FY1994.
3. Income and Expense Statements were mailed out to commercial/ind-
ustrial and apartment building owners. The mailing was of
approximately 400 questionaries. So far, the response has been
positive, taxpayer inquiry was on a very general basis with
everyone understanding the form.;
4. Joseph Dalton, Attorney for Daniel and Frances Weisberg on
50 Audobon Road, has cancelled his 6:30 appointment and will
be filing a withdrawal for the May 11th ATB case.
