INTRADEPARTMENTAL MEMORANDA TO: BOARD OF ASSESSORS FROM: DAVE BILLARD DATE: 05/10/93 REF: APPRAISER'S REPORT 1. Inspection of FY1994 permits started 04/12/93. There are approximately, 500 permits that-will be viewed for FY1994_, this is a composite of new permits for 1992 and those that remained incomplete as of June 30, 1992. For the 1992 permits, we are in the process of creating a building permit file in CAMA for easy access of the information.and an aid in calculating /verifying new growth. To date, there have been approximately 407 permits completed, inclusive of 40 new houses for TY1994 and 64 houses picked up as 1.00% complete for FY1994. 2. Matteo Gallo, owner of the piece of vacant land on Avon Street, settled a'value on 05/05/93. He was faxed a withdrawal and understood that the remaining cise for 307 -309 Main Street was motioned to be dismissed for non — timely payment of taxes. 3. Documentation for the case pending for Mr. Resnik has been completed and is submitted for your review.
