REF: APPRAISER'S REPORT
1. Inspection of FY1994 permits started 04/12/93. There are
approximately, 500 permits that-will be viewed for FY1994_, this is
a composite of new permits for 1992 and those that remained
incomplete as of June 30, 1992. For the 1992 permits, we are in
the process of creating a building permit file in CAMA for
easy access of the information.and an aid in calculating /verifying
new growth. To date, there have been approximately 407 permits
completed, inclusive of 40 new houses for TY1994 and 64 houses
picked up as 1.00% complete for FY1994.
2. Matteo Gallo, owner of the piece of vacant land on Avon Street,
settled a'value on 05/05/93. He was faxed a withdrawal and
understood that the remaining cise for 307 -309 Main Street was
motioned to be dismissed for non — timely payment of taxes.
3. Documentation for the case pending for Mr. Resnik has been completed
and is submitted for your review. Ron Kazynski has already been
faxed.a copy and believes it to be adequate.
