APPOINTMENTS
7:00 P.M. - MR. FEDELE.MET WITH THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS TO DISCUSS HIS FY1993
PERSONAL PROPERTY ACCOUNT. THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS WILL VOTE ON
A DECISION AT THEIR NEXT MEETING AND WILL SEND HIM A LETTER
TELLING OF THE.DECISION.
7:30 P.M. - MRS. VIRGINA ADAMS AND MRS. SHARON OFFENSTEIN MET WITH THE BOARD
OF ASSESSORS TO DISCUSS THE HISTORICAL COMMISSION'S INTEREST IN
THE 1943 FIELD CARDS. THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS WILL CONTACT THE
STATE RECORDS DEPARTMENT TO SEE IF THE.BOARD OF ASSESSORS COULD
TURN THOSE CARDS OVER TO THE HISTORICAL COMMISSION. THE BOARD
OF ASSESSORS VOTED 3-0-0 TO GIVE THE 1943 CARDS AND PICTURES TO
THE HISTORICAL COMMISSION PROVIDED INQUIRY TO THE STATE O.K.'S IT.

REF: APPRAISER'S REPORT
1. Inspections of the new businesses for FY94 personal property accounts
was completed at the begining of last week. For FY94, we lost 54
accounts due to business closings and gained 23 new accounts given
business starts through 01/01/93. The total number of personal
property accounts for FY1994 is 382. All accounts were verified and,
as is the custom, any account less than $1,000 was not billed.
2. The preliminary bills will be mailed on Tuesday, 06/29/93; with a
day to spare. The bills have.6een printed and hand stuffed. As for
the real estate committment, all bills are completed. Personal
property bills will be printed and stuffed 06/29/93. As I am sure
you are aware, the Home Rule Petition to apportion half of the
$2,410,412 override out over the first two preliminary bills passed.
This constitutes a .8654 per thousand increase-in all the pre-
liminary bills over the FY1993 net taxes.
3. All of the pictures for FY1994 new homes and calendar 1992 sales
have been taken. There were a total of 315 pictures taken. The
sales board in the hall will be updated with these sales within the
next two weeks.
4. Attached is the preliminary ratio analysis for the FY1994, calendar
year 1992 sales. Shown are just the preliminary sorts and resulting
statistics.
