The FY1994 Personal Property values are nearly set. A large majority of their values will remain constant. I am con- centrating on the owners who submitted a value that is sig- nificantly different from their FY1994 return. As you know, all new accounts have already been picked up. 8. For the residential valuation, I have attached composite analysis which includes sales up through May 1993. As I am sure you can remember, the FY1993 sales yielded a median of .95 percent. The 1992 (FY1994) sales yield a median of .92. The aggregate of the 16 month timeframe (01/01192 thru 04/30/93) yields a median of .92. 9. Peter Hechenbleikner is in the process of drafting job descriptions for all positions in the Town. Apparently, this is an effort on the personnel front that would allow for comparisons of jobs and salary after actual descriptions have been drafted. I have been given an initial draft of the Appraiser's position which I am in the process of editting for myself and Julie. The final drafts are needed by 08-19-93. As soon as they are in final form, 08-18-93, I can fax,a copy to each of you for your review.. i 10. Attached, please find a memo that was requested from Beth Klepeis relative to the potential rents of two parcels of foreclosed on property. cc: Beth Klepeis cc: Julie Cosentino
