Peter Hechenbleikner is, under the Boards recommendation, working on securing a member of the Middlesex Board of Realtors to serve on the Classification Task Force. 2. Julie's reinspection efforts for the past two weeks, 08/16/93 to 08/30/93 have yielded 121 full inspections and 83 exterior measures, a total of 204 for the last two weeks. Currently, this brings the total recollected on the cyclical program up to 3,785. I joined Julie for the last two weeks and contributed 50 to the total. I intend to remain on this 25 a week schedule until the recollection is complete. 3. For the residential valuation, I have attached composite analysis which includes sales up through May 1993. As I am sure you can remember, the FY1993 sales yielded a median of .95 percent. The 1992 (FY1994) sales yield a median of .92. The aggregate of the 16 month timeframe (01/01/92 th,ru 04/30/93) yields a'median of .92 . 4. Peter Hechenbleikner received the revise job descriptions for Julie and I timely. The revised deucriptions, as the Board wanted, are very similar to the originals that had already been drafted but where amended to include specific descriptions of the physical demands of each position. cc: Beth Klepeis cc: Julie Cosentino
