Chairman Michael Larkin swore in the petitioner. Atty. John Lamond submitted a

This is a 2 1/2 story , 3 family house in a S 15 district. It was built around 1900. The

petitioner will change the attic stairs to meet all building code requirements. Donald
Wood stated the house will meet the lot coverage requirements with the addition.
- Atty. Lamond read a letter from Marilyn T. Gilligan, 30 Bancroft Ave., Reading, MA,
stating she has no objections to the addition.
