Minutes of August 11, 1997 Mr. Hughes moved and Mr. Ames seconded the approval of the 8/11/97 executive session meeting minutes. The motion carried 5:0. b. Minutes of October 20,1997 Mr. Hughes moved and Mr. Ames seconded the approval of the 10/20/97 executive session meeting minutes. The motion carried. 5:0. C. Minutes of December 15, 1997 Mr. Hughes moved and Mr. Ames seconded the approval of the 12/15/97 executive session meeting minutes. The motion carried 5:0. d. Minutes of February 24,1998 Mr. Hughes moved and Mr. Ames seconded the approval of the 2/24/98 executive session meeting minutes. The motion carried 5:0.
