Start Time: 7:00 p.m. End Time: 8:02 p.m. 20 JUL 11 ' P I2= W Attendees: Committee Members: Mr. Hahn and Ms. O'Neill Citizens' Advisory Board Member: Mr. Vale RMLD Staff: Mr. Cameron and Ms. Parenteau Mr. Hahn called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Mr. Hahn stated that the purpose of the meeting was to address Mr. Soli's memos dated March 26, 2009 and April 19, 2009, which dispute the RMLD's calculation of the PASNY credit. Mr. Hahn went onto state that Mr. Cameron had sent a memo to the Board on April 8, 2009 responding to Mr. Soli's memo of March 26, 2009. Mr. Hahn asked the General Manager and Ms. Parenteau if Mr. Soli had raised any new issues in his most recent memo sent on April 21, 2009. Mr. Cameron and Ms. Parenteau replied "no"; that the Mr. Soli continues to focus on the PASNY energy charge and ignores the capacity and transmission costs in his calculations. Ms. Parenteau went on to explain how the RMLD calculates its PASNY credit. Mr. Cameron added that the RMLD's PASNY Credit calculation methodology has been consistent for over twenty years. Discussion ensued. Mr. Hahn made a motion seconded by Ms. O'Neill that the Power Contracts, Rate Setting, and Green Power Committee recommend to the RMLD Board that, based on Mr. Cameron's April 8, 2009 memo responding to Mr. Soli's March 26, 2009 memo, the subject of which was "Amplification of my Comments Regarding the Fuel Charge Made at 25 March 2009 RMLB Meeting" and after review and discussion of Mr. Soli's April 19, 2009 memo, the subject of which was "RMLD Fuel Charge Billing Does Not Comply with FERC Order", there be no further action taken by the RMLD Board concerning this matter raised by Mr. Soli. Motion carried 2:0:0. Motion to Adjourn At 8:02 p.m. Ms. O'Neill made a motion seconded by Mr. Hahn to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Hahn, Aye; and Ms. O'Neill, Aye. Motion carried 2:0:0.
