The purpose of the meeting was to choose a vendor to conduct an RMLD Customer Survey.
After a short discussion, a unanimous decision was made to hire The Center for Research &
Public Policy (CRPP) represented by Michael Vigeant.
CRPP affords the RMLD the opportunity to insert up to 15 custom questions. The attendees
suggested topics related to community service, familiarity with the Citizens' Advisory Board
(CAB), and customer awareness of payment options, rebate programs, public Board meetings, 24-
hour coverage and deregulation.
Priscilla will check with the MEAM group at their next meeting October 17 (at RMLD) on what
type of questions they have asked in their custom sections.
Priscilla will contact Mr. Vigeant to let him know his firm was selected, discuss custom questions
and get a timeframe on when he can conduct the survey. She will also let Todd Morris of
Satisfaction Development Systems (SDS) know his firm was not selected.
RMLD's custom questions will be ready by the RMLD Board Meeting on October 19.
