Attendees: Messrs. Soli, Pacino* and Herlihy** tx
Messrs. Cameron, Blomley, Carson and Fournier CZ)

**Mr. Herlihy arrived at 6:25 p.m.
Mr. Cameron went through each project in summary with Mr. Carson commenting as needed. One
change from Draft 1 was the addition of the defibrillators ($12,500.00), which was deducted from the
Operating Budget.
Mr. Soli questioned #12 - Transformers and Capacitor Purchases - as to how the increase in oil would
affect the budget amount?
Mr. Cameron replied negligibly.
Mr. Soli also said he would like to see unit costs put into future Capital Budgets which Mr. Cameron
concurred.
Mr. Pacino left for a Town Subcommittee meeting at this point in the RMLD Board of Commissioners
Subcommittee meeting.
Mr. Herlihy spoke about the web site.
Discussion ensued.
The Lynnfield Center substation was discussed.
Mr. Herlihy discussed #5D Station 5 Circuit Breaker Replacement; discussed #10 GIS and wanted to
know if anyone looked into obtaining grant money for this project; discussed #12 Transformers and
Capacitor Purchases and was concerned about oil spills in environmental sensitive areas; and #21 Line
Truck to ensure no other vehicles were being purchased in 2005. Mr. Herlihy also wanted a web page
update.
Mr. Pacino returned at this point in the meeting.
Discussion followed about 2005 Capital Budget. Motion was discussed to present at the Board meeting.
