Hughes, Pacino, Herlihy, Ensminger and Soli Staff: Mr. Cameron The General Manager Agreement Subcommittee met. Present were members of the Subcommittee Messrs. Pacino and Soli. Other attendees were Messrs. Hughes, Herlihy and Ensminger. Mr. Pacino went through the salient provisions of the contract including pay, insurance, termination, length, notice periods, and review items. Mr. Ensminger questioned the notice period. The contract had a notice period from the General Manager (GM) to the Reading Municipal Light Board (RMLB) of six months and the notice from the GM to the RMLB was three months. Mr. Ensminger feels that the notice period from the GM to the RMLB and vice versa should be the same. Mr. Pacino gave his reasons for the difference. Mr. Cameron also commented on why he felt that the difference in the notice periods were different. The meeting concluded with Messrs.
