The following actions were discussed.
Add the word - Employment before "Agreement".
Section 1 - Insert at the end of Section 1- if such performance review items are not illegal,
are not in contravention to this Employment Agreement, and are in accord with the
Employee's obligations under M.G.L. Chapter 164 and are in the Employee's control.
Section 2b - Three calendar months was agree upon for notice of not to renew.
Section 9b - Inserted the words "according to Section 1 of this Agreement and any
applicable Federal laws and the Town of Reading Charter after the word "office" in eighth
line.
Section 9c - Inserted language that covers actions in the event of the GM becoming
disabled.
Indemnification Section
Section 1 - after the word "dollar" in line two add "per occurrence".
Section 4e - deleted the words "dishonesty" and "dishonest" at the end of the section and
insert illegal acts.
Exhibit B
Item 4. Changed October 15 to November 1.
Item 7. Changed the date to September 30, 2003.
Item 8. Date should be November 30, 2003.
Item 15. Insert after the word set in accord with the applicable statutes, judicial and
regulatory precedent".
Item 15. Insert after the word zero "under normal and reasonable conditions" and after the
word predicted insert "but not the actual".
