Kearns and O'Neill RMLD Staff: Mr. Cameron Ms. Kearns called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m. Ms. Kearns said that she wanted to send the RMLD's Strategic Planning Report developed by Mark Goldsmith, LLC (MGLLC) to the four towns in the service territory. Ms. Kearns said that she wanted the following items included in the package that would be sent to the towns; a cover letter, an Executive Summary, the RMLD's Policy on Strategic Planning, and the Strategic Plan. Ms. Kearns asked Mr. Cameron for the RMLD Policy, Executive Summary, and the Strategic Plan sent by MGLLC. Mr. Cameron stated that he had the RMLD Policy and Strategic Plan but not the Executive Summary because Ms. Kearns had done that and he did not have a copy. Ms. Kearns said that she would get the Executive Summary for the package. Mr. Cameron came back with the RMLD Policy and Strategic Plan. Ms. Kearns and Ms. O'Neill developed the cover letter to be sent with the Strategic Plan to the Chairman of the Selectmen and copy the Town Manager and Citizen's Advisory Board Member. Ms. Kearns said that all members of the Board should sign the letter. Ms. Kearns wanted to put together a prototype of the Strategic Plan to be sent to the towns. Mr. Cameron said that he had three of the four pieces that the package. Ms. Kearns will look for the Executive Summary and send it to him after she had made edits discussed at the meeting today. Ms. Kearns said that the package would be brought to the Board at the June 25, 2008 meeting and the Board members could sign the cover letter. Motion to Adjourn At 9:30 a.m. Ms. O'Neill made a motion seconded by Ms. Kearns to adjourn the Committee Meeting. Motion carried 2:0:0.
