There are 3 affidavits still due. Final notices were sent out. • Michael Reardon, Senior Client Services Officer from the PRIM Board, would like to attend the March 21;' 2007 board meeting to discuss the performance of the funds in PRIT. • Nicholas Poser received an appeal to the Superior Court by Robert Toussaint on the CRAB decision denying his claim for Accidental Disability Retirement. Nick Poser will file an answer to the complaint on behalf of the Board. • The next board meetings will be held on January 24, 2007, February 21, 2007 and March 21, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. in the Lower Level Conference Room. Mr. Seferian will research the case status and e-mail all the members his findings to be discussed at our next meeting. Mr. Veno questioned how the board would know whether or not a retiree had worked for another municipality or the Commonwealth, for more than 960 hours or earned more wages than their position at retirement pays currently. After discussion it was decided that it is up to the employee to stop working when they reached either maximum. It is implied that if the retiree earned too much, the retirement system should be reimbursed the excess.
