Mr. Seferian will research the case status and e-mail all the members his findings to be discussed at our next meeting. Mr. Veno questioned how the board would know whether or not a retiree had worked for another municipality or the Commonwealth, for more than 960 hours or earned more wages than their position at retirement pays currently. After discussion it was decided that it is up to the employee to stop working when they reached either maximum. It is implied that if the retiree earned too much, the retirement system should be reimbursed the excess. The board recommended that the annual affidavit include a question addressing this issue. pajuioddz P `u'eIzalas I tu'eQ `u'3uutt'clDaotn pajuioddt a,I `iCaIo3 •d pilepya otoujO x `o utodlig3O pa1oat=P"Z,ouo asor `uzuut , v s11OmmvNa (0-0-0 :(1910A I vlwgdgs IHINdQ AEI QgQNOogs 'IN-d OO:L l-euoissos uado sl l wnofpz of panouz kg'IO3 Q2PdHOI'd • .I.NJNNuflof(ly • RICHARD FOLEY moved to approve using The Segal Company for actuarial services.
