Present: Lyn White, Carol Patterson, Patty Chinetti, Dawn Folopoulos (Staff)
Lyn called the meeting to order at 6:07pm
Apologies for James & Anne Marie's absence.
Motion to accept the minutes of February 22, 2006 and March 8, 2006 by Lyn. 2ttd by
Patty
Reminder: May 23 is the date for our Board of Selectmen presentation
Reviewed James' letter. The following edits were suggested. Dawn will email these
suggestions to James.
To add.- Since this support could be accomplished in many different forms, the Task
Force is investigating how best to approach this need. A final report by the Task
Force will be presented to the Board of Selectmen in May.

On April 5a', Ruth Young, the COA Director from Winchester will come speak to us
about her town's experience with Nurse Advocacy.
On April 6a', Kathy Urquhart, the COA Director from Andover will come speak to us
about her town's experience with Nurse Advocacy.
We developed a series of question to ask the April 5' and 6' guests. Dawn will email
the questions to those members not present tonight for their input. The guests will
then receive the final version in advance of their visit.
Patty will pick up 2 plants as gifts of appreciation for our guests.
Carol made a motion to adjourn at 7:05 pm. 2nd by Lyn.
