:1VIinutes of Meeting - June 16, 2000
Present: Stephen Conner, chair; Eugene Nigro; Richard Ogden; Christine Redford; Maria
Silvaggi. Also present: Michael Colford, Corinne Fisher.
Mr. Conner called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.
Members of the Board had spoken with references for the three finalists for the director's
position, and relayed that information. After discussion, Mr. Ogden moved that the Board
vote in favor of Kimberly Lynn for director. The motion passed'unanimously. The Board
thanked Mr. Conner for his chairing of the search committee.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
