Minutes of Meeting
February 18, 2005
Present: Vicki Yablonsky, Chair; Bill Anthony; Suzy Axelson; Karen Brown; Steve ~gnner;

Call to Order: Ms. Yablonsky called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.

Ms. Yablonsky reported on Ms. Urell's references. u'

After discussion, Ms. Storti moved that the Trustees offer the position of Library Director to
Ruth Urell. Ms. Brown seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
The procedures for hiring were reviewed.
The Trustees unanimously agreed to meet with the Selectmen for permission to offer the job to
Ms. Urell at Step 6.
Next meeting: Monday, March 21, 2005 at 7:00 p.m.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
