We will wait to pursue this again. 4. Purchases to be made: Scanner, printer, cd writer. Priority set for a scanner. Roberta and Mark will shop. 5. Streetscapes: We received the photos of the Auburn Street water tower. Barbara Nealy from N. Reading wants to get utilities underground and wanted our input. 6. The contract has gone out to bid for the slate roof replacement of the Senior Center. 7. Preservation Awards: Various individuals suggested such as the Sidelinkers and David Barrett. 8. Antiques appraisal through Kaminski would only be in the spring. Patriot's day walk-West Street. 9. Foster-Emerson house papers still need to be sorted. The commission needs a copy of the deed which should have the deed restrictions. Virginia does not know if the deed restrictions were recorded at the Middlesex registry of deeds. 10. CPDC does not seem to be moving very fast on mansionization. 11. Nancy Eaton from the Conservation Commission wants to join forces with us on the plans for the area called the Marion Woods. This would mean potential grant proposals to make the area into a park. Virginia would like to see the new park present the history of the community through signs. 12. Virginia provided a display to the Eaton School on the event of the school's 50th anniversary. 13. Dataloguers have been installed in the archives. The room is too hot (72 needs to be below 65) and ultraviolet radiation is too high. The datalogers will be there for 6 months. One easy solution that was suggested in the report is UV filters on the lights. 14. The commission saw plans for the Danvers bank which will go in on Harnden Street. We also saw the plans for the proposed Wendy's. 15.
