3. Web page: Mark Cardono, Roberta Sullivan, and Louise Sandberg met
informally with Tim Biller to organize the new RHC web page. The page will be linked
to the town page and the actual fabrication will be done by Tim and other members of
Boy Scout Troop 702. The page will include the commission's mission statement,
times and place of meetings, activities, history, members' names with date of office,
calendar, and successes. Also included will be an email template, a guest book, a
place for FAQs, town history, maps, and the entire inventory of historic properties. The
scouts will be taking pictures of the properties with both a digital camera and 35 mm
camera and images will appear with each property in the web site.
4. The next step to complete the needs for the archives is a new printer..
5. -At Wood End: The printing needs to go out to bid. 3500 have already been

down in increments of 500 volumes. Clay made a motion that the Historical
Commission approve a project of reprinting At Wood End to the amount of 1500
copies. Col. Hoxie seconded the motion. Motion approved. 5-0-0 Clay's second
motion was that the Commission make a request of the Preservation Trust make a
request for approximately $23,000 for reprinting At Wood End for 1500 volumes
